Beneva Group is a leading Executive Search Firm in Continuous Improvement and Business Transformation. We are looking for an exceptionally enthusiastic and energetic Remote Recruiter to join our progressive and growing recruiting team in 2021.
The Role:
- Work closely with our client partners to assess talent that will be a good fit functionally as well as culturally – help build their companies
- Dive deep with candidates to understand their individual drivers personally, professionally, and financially in order to find a role that fits – help change their lives
- Professionally plan for a productive day of business at the end of each business day
- Consistently demonstrate and execute the skills necessary for superior performance
- Demonstrate team leadership characteristics throughout the day
- Coordinate interview process between candidate and client – attention to detail and follow up
- Work within an established ATS database, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and other internet tools
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in Executive Recruiting
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Drive and motivation to succeed in a competitive business environment
- Strong aptitude for building and managing relationships
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
- Strong computer skills – ATS, Office 365 and cloud-based communications a plus
- Understanding and experience in Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence a plus
