The Position

The Lean Leader will work with business partners to provide leadership in identifying and improving existing processes using Lean Six Sigma methodology across various areas of the organization.  Reporting to the Vice President of Operational Excellence, the Lean Leader will develop improvement effort timelines, determine improvement exit points, manage process improvement implementation, and provide coaching support to managers.  This is challenging work with excellent career progression potential.

Candidate Qualifications:

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree (MS is preferred), plus at least four years of experience in business services or manufacturing.  Additional qualifications include:

  • Proven track record of successfully completing transactional Lean Six Sigma projects
  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Project management and problem solving skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, specifically MS Project and Visio
  • Ability to successfully interface with all levels and areas of the organization
  • Passion for project work, Hands on

Relocation provided. No travel.
