Director of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) & Reliability Engineering – Virtual Office

Experience/Attributes Needed to Succeed:

  • 10+ years’ experience leading large, complex, cross-functional change initiatives
  • 10+ years’ experience with CI Methodologies (TPM, Lean Manufacturing, TPS, JIPM or similar).
  • Previous experience designing and deploying “kaizen culture” across medium-to-large organizations
  • Ability to lead adoption and integration CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System
  • Financial Acumen with the ability to reduce cost creatively; i.e. depreciation, gain efficiencies, service contract.
  • Knowledge of technical requirements regarding installation, use and maintenance of various types of diagnostic testing equipment
  • Proven track record on keeping all equipment in top working condition to avoid breakdowns and delays
  • B.S. degree required.  Preferred Engineering related; Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial.

  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional - CMRP
  • Certified Reliability Leader - CRL
  • Certified Reliability Engineer- CRE
  • Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance - JIPM
