Vice President of Operation Excellence
Beneva Group has recently partnered with a leading plastics packaging company to find their next Vice President of Operations and Client Services. This individual will be responsible for leading the overall Commercialization Program for the company, and for the strategy development and execution of the company’s Continuous Improvement program. The leader in this role is a ambassador for all initiatives related to Continuous Improvement, enhancing current programs, driving adoption, and measuring and communicating results and stabilizing and accelerating speed to market for innovation.-
Key Responsibilities
Working as a part of the Operations Team, reporting to the COO, this role is responsible for leading the overall Commercialization Program for the company, and for the strategy development and execution of the Company’s continuous improvement program, encompasses both continuous improvement and operation strategies as well as a process improvement methodology based on the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) philosophies. The leader in this role is a champion/ambassador for APS and all initiatives related to Continuous Improvement, enhancing current programs, driving adoption, and measuring and communicating results and stabilizing and accelerating speed to market for innovation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in business, management, or operations
- Ability to effectively partner with both functional and business leaders to develop and execute Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain world class team members while building relationships across all levels of the company internally and externally
- Highly skilled and experienced operational manager, strategic thought partner with in-depth personal knowledge of the application of CI programs to drive asset reliability, loss elimination and optimal system cost position
- Proven ability to lead organizational change with a keen sense for getting to an enduring result, and demonstrating a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding organizational performance targets
- Model innovation and introduce new ideas to ensure continuous improvement and optimize operations
