Production Manager
Beneva Group has recently been engaged by a leading Insulation Manufacturing company to identify their next Production Manager. This individual will be part of the Factory Level Management Team, reporting to the Director of Operations. The Production Manager is responsible for leading, and developing the team. This position will ensure production is conducted as planned and according to agreed budgets and policies within a Lean Culture. The Production Manager assumes full accountability and ownership of their team’s development, of Operations follow-up, and of the execution of projects, ensuring that company safety and quality standards are met.-
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university (preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
- 3 to 5 years progressive manufacturing production leadership experience
- Strong experience working with Continuous flow, high speed automated systems
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
- The ideal candidate should possess a strong aptitude for applying analytical and continuous improvement skill sets in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, effectively driving positive changes and enhancements
- Excellent Leadership skills to include coaching and developing of individual staff members
- Must be an excellent problem solver
