Lean Manager
Beneva Group has recently been retained by a leading Electrical, Safety, and Infrastructure Solutions manufacturing company to identify their next Lean Manager which can be based in Eugene, OR or Dallas, TX. Reporting to the Lean Director, this person will be responsible for fostering, promoting, and deploying the company’s business system and will be a change agent for continuous improvement within the organization.-
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field or related work experience
- 7+ years of experience in dedicated Lean positions
- 7+ years of manufacturing experience
- Experience working with a Lean business system / production system highly preferred
- Lean and/or Six Sigma certification(s) highly preferred
- Strong experience with Lean Daily Management Systems, Gemba, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and other Lean tools
- Excellent training, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and technology within Construction, Steel Tube, or Stamping is highly preferred
- Ability to occasionally travel, as business needs arise.

This position can be based in Eugene, OR or Dallas, TX
