- Closed gap of timely and efficient issuance of an indemnity claim payment resulting in total $6.8M impact. Reduced payment cycle time by 50%, eliminated unnecessary vendor support, established full visibility of the work, eliminating greater than 25% of adjusters time spent tracking payment by implementing a continuous improvement system.
