Founded in 1999, The Beneva Group is a top Executive Search Firm in our space.  We are looking for an exceptionally enthusiastic and energetic Account Executive to join our Continuous Improvement Recruiting Team.

We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who knows how to take initiative and works with a sense of urgency.

On a daily basis you will:

  • Network throughout your specialty area to establish brand recognition while developing and strengthening relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Source, recruit and deliver highly qualified candidates to our industry leading clients
  • Conduct 50+ outbound telephone calls daily into key decision makers in your industry
  • Negotiate contracts, manage and expand key client relationships with client base
  • Serve as primary liaison between candidates and clients – establishing, developing, & maintaining long-term relationships

Job requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Business to Business sales or marketing: background in using social media for professional marketing
  • Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal
  • Drive and motivation to succeed in a competitive business setting
  • Strong aptitude for building and managing relationships
  • Desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment, and regularly use good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals
  • Attention to detail- emphasis on accuracy and quality
  • Strong computer skills- Office 365 and CRM data bases
