Account Executives are responsible for developing and building client relationships, as well as identifying, recruiting, qualifying and placing top level candidates. Account Executives should possess a college degree, an outgoing and assertive personality, high energy, and a goal-oriented take-charge attitude. A strong work ethic ensures success. Successful sales experience with high value products/services sold to sophisticated buyers is the ideal background. Must be computer literate, including Internet, Windows and Word proficient. Personal and professional integrity is a must. Compensation is commission-based, with average first year's earnings in the $50-65K range, and includes paid Medical, Dental, and Life /AD&D insurance, and 401(k) benefits.  Experienced Account Executives earn $90-150K+.  There is a small base salary, but there is no limit on the commission the successful Account Executive can earn. Project Coordinators are responsible for assisting experienced Account Executives in identifying, recruiting and qualifying top level candidates. Duties include investigative telephone and computer work, candidate interviewing, data collection, internet research, and database input. In addition, the Project Coordinator will network with other Beneva Group/MRINetwork recruiters to source and recruit top candidates. This is a great entry position leading to promotion to Account Executive.  Project Coordinators should have a college degree, an outgoing and assertive personality, high energy, and a goal-oriented, take-charge attitude. Prior sales experience is required. Must be computer literate, proficient at internet research, e-mail and MS Office.  Personal and professional integrity is a must. A starting salary of $24,000 plus a bonus plan is offered, with average first year's earnings in the $35-45K range, and paid Medical, Dental, and Life/AD&D Insurance, and 401(k) benefits.  Experienced Project Coordinators can earn $45-65,000+ annually.
